Ben Wilson


Ben has had a passion to be a real estate agent since he was in high school when his parents were purchasing a home in San Diego, CA. He wanted to understand the whole residential real estate process. Upon arriving at college at the University of Denver he pursued his passion for real estate by studying Real Estate and Accounting combined with a minor in Finance. With having the real estate background and the financial background it gave Ben multiple skill sets to use in his business. After graduation Ben spent four years as a commercial real estate appraiser in Denver working for one of the largest commercial firms in the United States. Ben relocated to Los Angeles in 2012 and began working for a credit union servicing organization as a Loan Analyst. Working as a loan analyst Ben was in charge of the securing the per-approval for loan ranging from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. As Ben perfected his skills working with commercial loan he was promoted to a portfolio manager/underwriter. Ben was in charge of managing approximately $300,000,000 in loan which included quarterly financial monitoring, annual reviews, and monitoring the strength of the portfolio. Ben continued to work as a portfolio manager for Kinecta Federal Credit Union until March 2016. Ben decided to move into the residential real estate sales role because of his passion to help people find their dream home and help individuals realize the American dream of owning a home. His passion is to provide excellent customer service and guide his clients through the real estate transaction.
